Transferring to Another Facility

Patients are transferred for many reasons. This may include, but is not limited to:

  1. You are stable, a transfer will occur.
  2. You may be in need of highly specialized services that can only be rendered at another facility.
  3. You may desire and request to be at another facility due to convenience or familiarity.
  4. You may be medically stable, and need further care, and for financial considerations, be transferred to an alternative location.
